Shipping

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges starts from $8.50, shipping charges will be display automatically on the product checkout page. Good news is if you do shopping over $85 we will bear the shipping expenses.

How soon I will get my order delivered?

All orders made before 11am from Monday to Friday will be shipped same day with express post and you should receive it within 2-3 days of your order date. (weekdays only)

After you receive a tracking code from our shipping company, the approx. time frame for delivery to your address will be
Metro area 2-8 working days
Regional areaapprox. 4-10 days

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to your PB Box

If I will get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, all orders will be send via registered post/courier with tracking number provided in your member’s area section. Please contact us in case haven’t received your order tracking number.

What if my order is not arrived in 7-14 days?

All orders were processed with a tracking number, so please keep a track of your order movements via going to the concern postal services website.

Can I pick up my order?

Currently we don’t provide pickup option, will update you once we setup a pickup point later in the future.

Do you ship your items Worldwide?

Currently we're are seving only Australian and New Zealand Customer's.

Where is your warehouse located?

To keep our products pricing reasonable, we have bonded warehouse based in Sydney, we have partners in overseas who supplies us the best deals for our customer’s on regular basis.

Billing /Refunds/ Returns

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All order's processed via our website will get auto generated invoice via email and as well you can check your invoice anytime by login to your My Account area.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept paypal ( Stripe coming soon)
Debit/Credit card payments with the Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover

What happens if I am not happy with the product I received?

Any problems with the item, you have 15 days to report us back the issue, all the items should be in the original packing, with tags and condition.

We can process the refund for change of mind, wrong selection within 15 days of receipt of the item. Make sure it will be in original condition and unused condition.

All the return shipping will be customer’s responsibility.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. And will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order, or through store credit in special circumstances.

How I can cancel my order?

Please email us at support@fashionup.com.au with your order number within 1-2 hrs of placing your order and we will cancel and refund your order straightaway

Please tell me more about your Products?

All of our products are 100% brand new, high quality never worn or damaged.

How accurate is the color display on the internet?

While we try to display the colors as accurately as possible, please understand that all colors vary slightly from one computer monitor to another.

Does placing an item/s in my cart reserve it for me?

No. Because an item is in your Shopping Bag or Wish List, it does not place the item or a promotion on hold. To be fair and consistent with all of our customers, our merchandise is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. So that we don't oversell our stock, an item is only reserved for you when you go through checkout and pay for the item. For this reason putting an item in the cart does not reserve it for you and you need to go through checkout to stop someone else from buying it. This is the way most shopping carts work and it is not changeable by us.

What if a product I order is out of stock?

All products on our website are available in stock. We do not add products that would need to be ordered in. When you select a colour/size for that product it will tell you if the availability is running low. Once a product is sold out we do not restock it.

I want to purchase an item, but that item is showing out of stock. Will it be back in stock?

We are a specialty company and purchase/secure limited quantities of apparel and accessories. Not all items that sell out will be re-stocked

Sizing

What if I'm unsure about the sizing? Can I get exact measurements??

Yes, we would be happy to tell you the exact measurements of a garment if you're unsure about it. We used to measure and publish the details of every garment on every product page, if you want to know the measurements of an item before you buy just ask us and we will get someone to pull the item out of stock, measure it and get back to you. We can't possibly know everyone's measurements but do our best to make sure that you get something you can fit and are happy with.
